The house of a family of nine burnt down in Sir Lowry’s Pass Village (South Africa) yesterday.
Through no fault of their own, they have lost everything. I’ve known Ingrid, the mother, since the beginning of Einfachhelfen.org. She works at Emily’s Play School and is Emily’s reliable right hand.
Ingrid is completely in shock and disbelief - just a few days ago her mother passed away.
We want to help the family and are asking all of you for your support. If everyone spreads this message among their friends and family asking for a small donation, it’ll be possible for us to purchase the material for the family to rebuild a new home. Every cent counts!

We were able to provide the sponsored children with their school supplies for the new academic year. Due to the pandemic, the school started four weeks later than usual. The students and teachers needed an additional two weeks to settle in and get familiar with one another. Like previous years, a box containing stationery was purchased and handed over to the students. Without this necessary equipment, it would be much more difficult to complete their schoolwork. Once again we would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for the continued support from our sponsors who not only help the children, but also their families.
